1. Program/Software Developer
- Thoroughly knows how to build and program avatars for computer programs and interactive websites.
- Flash (Web): Demonstrate proficiency in Flash based animation and web optimization techniques (Actionscript, Javascript).
- Photoshop: Photo Image Manipulation, Layout skills, and a knowledge of image optimization techniques, specifically to maintain strict file size restrictions on banner advertisements. - Dreamweaver: Thorough understanding of web design and layout with an underlying knowledge of browser and cross-platform compatibility.
- Illustrator: Understanding of vector based tools and applications.
- 5+ years of Flash design and development experience.
- 5+ years designing Flash banner ads.
- Knowledge of vector and bitmap graphics and their affects on file sizes.
- Keen eye for design and motion while paying attention to details.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures of graphic and web design, and usability, with a strong user-centered design orientation.

2. Chief Financial Officer
- The ideal candidate must and will possess experience in a startup and entrepreneurial environments, perform financial modeling and projections, have experience leading financing and capital-raising efforts.
- Plans, directs, and controls organizations overall financial plans, policies, and account practices.
- Develops, analyzes, and interprets statistical and accounting information in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, and other matters bearing on the fiscal effectiveness of the organization.
- Ensures adherence to financial policies, procedures and guidelines within the businesses.
- Provides strategic and tactical financial assistance and leadership.
- MUST possess excellent organization skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

3. Chief Marketing Officer/Public Relations
- Develops the company's overall marketing plan, strategy, and all related advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
- Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns and project plans through to successful implementation.
- Responsible for product development, brand positioning, facilitating growth, sales, and marketing strategies.

4. Fashion Designer/Tailor
- MUST possess strong sewing and draping skills.
- MUST possess strong sketching skills.
- The candidate will predominantly be working with menswear (tailored formal and casual wear) and must have a passion for menswear.
- Development through all stages of the design process from the initial concepts through final garment production fittings.
- The candidate must be versitile, have great sense for print and color as well as be able to put presentation boards together and meet all deadlines.
- Design and develop new products, concepts and ideas that are successful. 
- Must be detail oriented, highly organized and able to work in a fast paced and changing environment. 
 
5. Fashion Designer/Draper
- MUST possess strong sewing and draping skills.
- MUST possess strong sketching skills.
- The candidate will predominantly be working with womens wear (couture formal and casual wear) and must have a passion for womens wear.
- Development through all stages of the design process from the initial concepts through final garment production fittings.
- The candidate must be versitile, have great sense for print and color as well as be able to put presentation boards together and meet all deadlines. 
- Design and develop new products, concepts and ideas that are successful. 
- Must be detail oriented, highly organized and able to work in a fast paced and changing environment.

6. Fashion Designer/Patternmaker
- MUST possess strong patternmaking and draping skills.
- MUST possess strong sketching skills.
- Interpret sketches/design sheets received from designer and transform then into three dimensional designs by draping fabric and drafting and/or digitizing a pattern.
- Collaborate with product development, quality control, other pattern makers, and management staff as necessary to solve any production issues that may arise at factories or production facilities with patterns developed.
- Create and maintain tech packs to include detailed construction sketches and instructions, tolerances, graded measurement specifications, how to measure sketches on an exception basis, BOM, and any special handling instructions.
- The candidate must have great sense for print and color as well as be able to put presentation boards together and meet all deadlines. 
- Must be detail oriented, highly organized and able to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Continually research new ideas and technologies that could be used to improve the company’s ability to develop and produce products more efficiently.

7. Brand Ambassador/Client Relations
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities.
- Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
- Has the desire and ability to proactively intercept, engage, interact, and influence buying decisions on the product with the consumer, in a positive manner.
- Possesses the aptitude and ability to gain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
- Can effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.

8. Executive Assistant/Researcher
- Aggressive individual with sharp telephone and letter-writing skills.
- Productive, independent thinker, with pleasant personality and ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally.
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings, anticipated events, and travel plans.
- Proactively develop relationships with key internal/external client contacts, gaining recognition as a team resource.
- Research and collaborate with colleagues to recommend most cost-effective ways to complete tasks.
